Sr Director, Demand Generation EMEA @Pendo

Overview

The Senior Director, Demand Generation EMEA is a senior, hands-on leadership role at Pendo, responsible for owning the marketing pipeline across the UK, DACH, France, Nordics, and the Netherlands. This role involves shaping Pendo's growth strategy in Europe and building high-performing marketing programs in collaboration with regional sales leaders.

Key Responsibilities

• Owning and delivering Pendo's EMEA pipeline contribution target across all segments and sub-regions.
• Building original, EMEA-first demand generation programs designed for European buyers.
• Partnering closely with EMEA Sales and Sales Leaders on account plans, pipeline coverage, and deal acceleration.
• Developing a coherent EMEA marketing strategy across diverse markets, languages, and buying behaviors.
• Serving as the primary EMEA voice in global marketing planning, advocating for regional needs and investment.
• Leading and developing the EMEA demand generation function, including the Director of Field Marketing.
• Defining the EMEA co-marketing strategy with regional partners, resellers, and SIs.
• Owning EMEA marketing performance reporting, including pipeline contribution and ROI.

Requirements

• 8+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, with 3–5+ years in a senior demand generation or regional marketing leadership role.
• A proven track record of owning and hitting a pipeline number in a high-growth environment.
• Experience building demand generation programs from scratch.
• Multi-market EMEA experience, particularly in the French and/or DACH markets.
• Experience with US-headquartered companies, working autonomously from Europe.
• Data-driven with confidence in attribution, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Fluency in French or German is ideal.
• Strong collaboration skills with Sales and ability to build high-performance teams.
