Sr. Industry Manager @Pinterest

Overview

The role involves leading monetization efforts for Pinterest in Argentina, Chile, and Colombia, while managing a sales team. The company seeks a Senior Industry Manager to drive business results and represent Pinterest in the digital advertising industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Client Partners and Client Account Managers based in Argentina and Mexico.
• Close strategic partnerships and scale revenue with advertisers in Argentina, Chile, and Colombia.
• Drive sales operational excellence across key metrics and business plans.
• Build and maintain strong direct relationships with partners’ executive and operational teams.
• Advocate internally for Sales teams to unlock barriers and accelerate growth in the market.

Requirements

• Experience in Advertising, Digital, and/or Media Sales with executive-level business and marketing leaders.
• Proven track record of managing a high-performing sales team with forecasting experience.
• Strong analytical understanding of branding and performance-driven customer management.
• Ability to interface with product and engineering teams based on customer feedback.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong team player with adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Benefits

This position is not eligible for relocation assistance. A flexible work model allows for remote and in-office collaboration as needed.

Location

Candidates must be based in Buenos Aires, Argentina, with occasional travel to a Pinterest office for in-person collaboration 1–2 times every 6 months.
