Sr. Product Marketing Manager @Pendo

Overview

Pendo's Product Marketing team translates what we build into why it matters. The team works at the intersection of product, revenue, and marketing, owning the narratives, positioning, and go-to-market motions that drive pipeline and commercial outcomes. A Sr. Product Marketing Manager will play a key role in our growing Enterprise business, partnering closely across Product, Sales, and Marketing to package and position Pendo's offerings as powerful solutions for Enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and maintain clear, concise, and impactful solutions messaging for the Enterprise market.
• Collaborate with Product, PMM, Sales, and Marketing teams to package and position offerings for Enterprise clients.
• Adapt to shifting priorities across solutions marketing, experiments, and demand generation support.
• Leverage AI tools and workflows to accelerate research and go-to-market execution.
• Conduct in-depth market research to define the needs within the Enterprise landscape.
• Forge strong partnerships with the Enterprise Sales team to support strategic deals.
• Rapidly test and adapt messaging and campaigns in response to market feedback.
• Develop compelling content and collateral for Enterprise audiences.
• Contribute to the overall Enterprise marketing strategy and execution.

Requirements

• A proven track record of product marketing work.
• Experience in fast-moving, high-growth, or ambiguous environments.
• AI fluency and experience working with AI tools.
• Exceptional ability to translate technical product features into value-driven solutions.
• Demonstrated experience in market research and competitive analysis.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel occasionally.
