Key Responsibilities

• Build the infrastructure for an AI-native design practice.
• Shape the visual and functional experience of Mixpanel's product.
• Own the integration between design and code, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Establish prototyping and AI tooling infrastructure for designers and PMs.
• Set and model the standards for high-quality design and engineering outputs.

Requirements

• Proficiency in modern front-end frameworks: React, TypeScript, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Next.js.
• Experience with design systems at scale.
• Strong design sensibility and fluency with AI-assisted workflows.
• Experience with tools like Figma, Storybook, VSCode, Chromatic, and GitHub.
• 8+ years in design engineering, UX engineering, design technology, or related roles.
