Staff Product Designer @Brex

Overview

Brex is seeking a Staff Product Designer to work within its hybrid team structure, based in either San Francisco, Seattle, or New York. The role focuses on establishing and executing a strong product design standard that enhances Brex's reputation in financial innovation.

• Establish and execute the vision for team initiatives through creative thinking.
• Challenge the status quo to inspire a unified outcome and push innovation.
• Efficiently execute product shipping that delivers impact for business and customers.
• Communicate effectively with the leadership team to influence product and design decisions.
• Contribute to vision & strategy, ensuring operational components support onboarding.
• Help grow and scale design across the company.
• Maintain high design standards and execution levels.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Operations, and Data teams to launch new products and features.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a product designer.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to craft clear narratives and align cross-functional teams.
• Experience building customer-facing products from 0 to 1.
• Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, design, and product management.
• Passion for team building and development.

Benefits

The compensation range for this role is $240,000 - $300,000, with potential equity and other forms of compensation included in the total package.

Location

This role is hybrid, requiring three days a week in office (Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday) with up to four weeks per year of fully remote work.
