Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical direction of Instacart's Bazel build system and Go platform.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• Expertise with Bazel, including remote caching and performance tuning.
• Strong experience with Go services at scale.
• Track record of leading technical initiatives impacting developer velocity and CI reliability.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and distributed systems.
• Strong leadership and mentorship skills.
