Key Responsibilities

• Define and design Pinterest's data warehouse architecture, storage, and access patterns.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of relevant industry experience with large scale data warehouses, data tools, and platforms.
• 5+ years of experience building data warehouses and tools utilizing technologies such as Spark, Trino, Flink, Airflow, Querybook, Superset, DataHub, etc.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners across multiple organizations.
• Hands-on experience building tools and data pipelines using AI coding tools, e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, Codex.
• Experience developing AI tools and platforms to enhance data pipeline authoring and data analytics productivity.

Benefits

This role is remote within the United States, requiring in-office collaboration 1-2 times per quarter.
