• Track record of managing multi-quarter projects that impact customers at scale.
• Experience in Ruby on Rails is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively across teams and with stakeholders.

Benefits

Competitive base pay with additional equity options. Specific cash compensation for the role ranges from $163,000 to $204,000 in Denver and most remote locations, and $197,000 to $247,000 for San Francisco and New York.

Location

This role is remote with the requirement of potential travel to a Gusto office for onboarding. Office locations include Denver, San Francisco, and New York. Employees based in these locations are expected to work from the office 2-3 days per week.
