Key Responsibilities

• Define the backend and platform architecture for AI-driven product experiences.
• Architect end-to-end systems spanning API layers and safety controls.

• Create shared tooling and evaluation frameworks for LLM-based experiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 6 years of backend software engineering experience.
• Experience as a technical leader for large, cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong Python development skills and familiarity with distributed systems.
• Experience building LLM-powered or ML-backed products in production.
• Ability to use AI to improve work quality and speed.
• High integrity and ownership in handling sensitive data.
