    • Shape data fetching evolution within a hybrid GraphQL/REST environment and contribute to framework adoption.
    • Establish best practices and technical guidance to enhance quality and maintainability.
    • Mentor engineers and influence technical direction through architecture reviews and design discussions.
    • Contribute to a high-scale web platform serving millions of users.

    Requirements

    • 8+ years of experience in web software engineering, focusing on client-side data architecture.
    • Deep understanding of caching, consistency, latency, reliability, and developer ergonomics in modern web clients.
    • Expert coding skills in JavaScript or TypeScript, with the ability to write production-quality code.
    • Knowledge of Node.js, server-side rendering, and GraphQL frameworks like Relay.
    • Experience with both GraphQL and REST, confirming clear usage patterns for each.
    • Capability to evaluate complex systems and lead foundational platform investments enhancing scalability.
    • Proven technical leadership and mentorship skills.
    • Strong communication skills for aligning stakeholders and influencing technical direction.
    • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
