Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and support scalable enterprise solutions across the Oracle EBS and Finance systems.
• Serve as a senior technical expert for Oracle EBS Financials, including system design and optimization.
• Lead integration development between Oracle EBS and internal/external platforms using various technologies.
• Enhance integration components leveraging AWS and cloud technologies for improved efficiency.
• Contribute to the development of Oracle MCP and AI-powered components for automation and productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Drive end-to-end technical solution delivery, from architecture to ongoing support.
• Evaluate finance system architecture for modernization opportunities.
• Ensure adherence to strong software development lifecycle practices and SOX-compliant controls.
• Partner with Finance and IT to support ERP modernization and cloud transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 15+ years of experience designing, developing, and supporting Oracle EBS solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS components and integrations using APIs and middleware.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development and enterprise AI use cases.
• Strong technical knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle APIs, and related technologies.
• Experience with middleware architecture and cloud integration platforms.
• Solid experience with AWS services and cloud-native development.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
