Staff Systems Engineer, Oracle EBS, Revenue @Pinterest

Overview

Pinterest is looking for a Staff Systems Engineer with a focus on Oracle EBS and Revenue to join their IT Enterprise Systems team. This role will be instrumental in evolving Oracle EBS and Finance technology to support global business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end solutions across billing, receivables, collections, subledger, and related finance processes.
• Architect and enhance integrations across Oracle EBS Financials and cloud platforms.
• Apply AI to improve systems analysis, documentation, and operational efficiency.
• Partner with Revenue and Finance stakeholders to assess current challenges and define solutions.
• Help define and execute the Oracle ERP roadmap with product owners and business leaders.
• Evaluate existing finance and ERP processes for improvement opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with SDLC, change management, and SOX processes across the ERP ecosystem.
• Collaborate with Managed Service Partners for operational excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business Systems, or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience implementing and enhancing Oracle EBS in enterprise environments.
• Deep expertise in Oracle EBS Financials modules such as Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, and Subledger Accounting.
• Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of SOX controls and compliance requirements in financial systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and systems thinking skills.
