    Overview

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead the execution roadmap for Monetization Data Science, driving the integrated plan with clear milestones.
    • Coordinate with engineering teams to productionalize core data strategies and improve reliability.
    • Partner with engineering to enhance observability and analyze full-funnel survivability.
    • Drive workflow automation to reduce human intervention and build monitoring systems.
    • Deliver partner-facing tools that simplify diagnostics and opportunity mining.
    • Establish and upgrade business review cadences to enhance accountability for input metrics.
    • Conduct cross-functional deep-dive programs with clear hypotheses and action plans.
    • Leverage AI for program execution, including producing AI-assisted drafts and synthesizing data for decisions.
    • Prototype solutions to simplify decision-making processes and improve workflows using AI coding assistants.
    • Follow AI governance protocols to ensure compliance in AI-assisted workflows.

    Requirements

    • Proven ability to independently manage complex technical programs across multiple teams.
    • Strong cross-functional leadership experience with product and engineering teams.
    • Experience in building trusted metrics and operational cadences that drive organizational behavior.
    • Track record of creating durable operating systems that enhance efficiency.
    • Excellent risk and dependency management capabilities.
    • Demonstrated competency in leveraging GenAI for program operations and communication.
    • Experience with AI governance, data handling, and ensuring compliance.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience.

    Benefits

    The salary range for this position is between $145,747 and $300,067 USD, dependent on various factors such as location and relevant experience. Specific benefits and additional information about the company culture are available through the company’s benefits page.

    Location

    This role is remote within the United States, with occasional in-person collaboration expected 1-2 times every six months.
