Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the research roadmap for the consumer innovation workstream, collaborating with product, design, data science, and engineering teams.
- Conduct generative foundational research to explore consumer perspectives on food, nutrition, and health.
- Apply behavioral science frameworks to inform research questions and insights for product development.
- Execute and oversee mixed-methods research including qualitative studies and quantitative approaches.
- Translate research findings into actionable narratives that influence stakeholder decisions.
- Maintain knowledge bases, personas, and journey maps to support organizational insights.
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to the standards of the research organization.
- Advocate for consumers within the organization through clear insights.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in UX or consumer research in a product organization.
- Background in behavioral psychology or economics.
- Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
- Proven ability to define opportunity spaces and influence product strategy.
- Strong storytelling skills to convey nuanced insights.
- Experience working with data science teams.
- Fluency in using AI tools for research.
- Advanced degree preferred in a related field; Bachelor's degree required.
