Key Responsibilities

Ensure effective training and supervision of providers focusing on quality assurance.
Maintain provider competency in counselling, infection prevention, emergency preparedness, and service delivery.
Support advocacy, client mobilization, and external relations.
Ensure availability of commodities and manage facility supplies.
Validate and review service data for accuracy and completeness.
Promote a positive work environment within the state team.
Carry out additional responsibilities assigned by the line manager.

Requirements

Medical Doctor, Registered Nurse, Midwife, or related medical science qualification.
Strong knowledge of cultural and social contexts in Nigeria.
Experience in international health and development.
Technical expertise in long-acting reversible contraception.
Experience training healthcare providers in family planning methods.
Basic computer skills.
Willingness to travel frequently.
