Key Responsibilities

Train and supervise providers to ensure effective delivery of family planning services.
Maintain provider competency in counseling and service delivery.
Manage facility operations and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Support advocacy, community mobilization, and external relations.
Oversee data collection and reporting for service delivery.
Maintain strong communication within the team and promote a positive work environment.

Requirements

Must be a Medical Doctor, Registered Nurse, Midwife, or possess a related medical qualification.
Strong knowledge of cultural and social contexts in Nigeria.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Technical expertise in long acting reversible contraception.
Experience in training healthcare providers in family planning methods.
Experience with NGOs and donor-funded projects is an advantage.
Basic computer skills are required.
