Overview

This nationwide recruitment offers an opportunity for experienced State Oversight Leads to support the implementation of the Performance and Financial Management Officers (PFMO) programme across Nigeria. You have a chance to contribute to strengthening transparency and accountability in Nigeria’s primary healthcare system.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of PFMO Consultants to meet operational targets and deliver high-quality outputs.
• Oversee field activities, monitor performance, and provide guidance to enhance effectiveness.
• Analyze programmatic and financial data to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
• Engage with government agencies, health sector stakeholders, and partners to improve healthcare service delivery.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of data collected across healthcare facilities.
• Maintain organizational capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Requirements

• At least an HND or Bachelor’s degree in Public Health or a related field.
• Proven experience in leading and managing field-based teams, particularly in large-scale programs.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting financial and programmatic data.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong commitment to accountability, transparency, and improving healthcare systems.
