    The Senior Manager position will play a critical role in ensuring organizations receive consistent, high-quality support throughout their engagement with CSP.

    Key Responsibilities

    The successful candidate will serve as the operational and programmatic partner to the Managing Director, overseeing systems, coordination, and service delivery functions.

    Systems and Operational Management

    The role requires ownership of CSP’s operational infrastructure, including:

    • Managing and maintaining project management systems
    • Monitoring organizational intake and active accompaniment relationships
    • Ensuring internal systems remain updated and functional
    • Maintaining CRM and tracking platforms, including Monday.com and Typeform
    • Supporting overall operational efficiency

    Consultant and Service Provider Coordination

    The Senior Manager will coordinate relationships with CSP’s network of consultants and service providers through:

    • Supporting Terms of Reference development
    • Facilitating onboarding processes
    • Managing communication with consultants
    • Tracking levels of effort and project assignments
    • Monitoring consultant hours against project budgets
    • Assisting with invoicing and payment processes

    The organization seeks someone capable of creating a positive and consistent experience for service providers from onboarding through project completion.

    Program Delivery Support

    A significant aspect of the position involves ensuring smooth delivery of CSP programs and services.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Coordinating cohort-based programs
    • Managing participant communications
    • Organizing workshops and convenings
    • Supporting one-on-one accompaniment initiatives
    • Serving as a key operational contact for participating organizations
    • Ensuring consistency across all service delivery formats

    Documentation and Knowledge Management

    The role also requires strong documentation and knowledge management skills.

    Key duties include:

    • Recording meeting outcomes and action items
    • Maintaining accurate organizational records
    • Developing and refining tools and templates
    • Supporting guidance document creation
    • Coordinating reporting across partner organizations
    • Contributing to organizational learning processes

    Qualifications and Experience Required

    Civic Strength Partners is seeking candidates with extensive experience in project management and the social impact sector.

    Essential requirements include:

    • Formal project management training
    • Recent hands-on project management experience
    • Strong proficiency with Monday.com or comparable project management platforms
    • Ability to build, troubleshoot, and manage digital workflow systems
    • Between six and ten years of experience in:
      • Nonprofit organizations
      • Philanthropic institutions
      • International development
      • Civil society organizations
    • Extensive lived experience or strong proximity to majority-world contexts
    • Exceptional organizational and decision-making skills
    • Strong cross-cultural communication abilities
    • Excellent written communication skills
