Role Summary

The Station Manager will oversee daily operations at retail stations, ensuring efficient service delivery, compliance, and profitability through effective management of staff and resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate station operations and sales performance
• Analyze daily sales, meter readings, and inventory (dipping)
• Prepare and submit periodic sales reports
• Drive business growth and profitability at the station
• Supervise and develop station staff (supervisors & cashiers)
• Coordinate product sales (fuel & lubricants)
• Collaborate with marketing teams to increase patronage
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards

🎓

Requirements

• Relevant academic qualifications
• 4 – 8 years’ experience in a similar role
• Strong leadership and operational management skills
• Experience in retail, oil & gas, or related sectors is an advantage
