Overview

Twilio is looking for a Strategic Account Executive to join their Regulated Verticals team. This remote position involves leading relationships with growth and mid-market customers, focusing on messaging, voice, and email services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and expand key customer accounts in the Regulated Verticals segment.
• Develop and execute account strategies to ensure strong revenue and profit results.
• Identify new revenue opportunities within the assigned account portfolio.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, finance, support, and services.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and achieve set goals.
• Conduct consultative sales cycles, deeply engaging with customer needs.
• Utilize CRM tools, such as Salesforce, to manage sales pipeline.
• Stay informed of industry changes and share best practices with the team.

Requirements

• 8 years of sales experience, including 3 years in major account or strategic sales.
• Expertise in managing quantitative, analytical products and solutions for customers.
• Strong relationship management and solutions consulting skills.
• Ability to work with both technical and business leaders.
• Experience in developing account strategies using data-driven insights.
• Proficient in managing business forecasts and financial models.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on process definition and program building.
• Proven track record of delivering revenue and profit results for large-scale customers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
