Tech Lead, Agent Framework - Observability @Elastic

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Design scalable architecture for the agent layer and implement new technologies for system performance.
• Provide technical leadership and support to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and collaborate with product management on feature prioritization.
• Facilitate collaboration across teams and manage potential risks affecting project success.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a technical lead or principal engineer in distributed software projects.
• Deep knowledge of observability data collection and relevant protocols.
• Strong background in Go programming.
• Experience in designing management/control planes for distributed software.
• Proven track record of leading technical initiatives from design to implementation.
• Great written communication skills for producing design documentation.
