Key Responsibilities

• Drive platform architecture and set technical direction for foundations utilized by feature teams.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in Neo4j and advanced Cypher performance optimization.
• Experience modeling real domains as property graphs.
• Track record of leading architecture and technical direction.
• Proven experience in backend systems (8+ years) with complex applications.
• Fluency in Java or strong JVM background, with knowledge of modern software engineering principles.
• Understanding of writing secure, modular, and scalable APIs.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and automated deployment workflows.
