Technical Instructor, East Region Service (Automotive) @Lucid Motors

Overview

The Technical Training Instructor position at Lucid requires a flexible, proactive, and highly organized individual with a passion for electric vehicle diagnostics and repair. The instructor will lead technicians through engaging training at the Lucid Service Center in Roswell, GA.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive technicians through high-quality electric vehicle repair training.
• Organize and prepare classroom and shop settings for training sessions.
• Provide feedback to the development team to enhance training effectiveness.
• Support the Learning & Development team in creating top-tier training.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of training environments.
• Manage consumable and parts inventory.
• Handle student records and scheduling in collaboration with the training coordinator.
• Stay updated on the latest procedures and practices in collaboration with the technical team.
• Comply with all safety rules and quality standards of Lucid.
• Travel internationally as needed for on-site training.

Requirements

• 2+ years of technical training in the automotive field.
• 5+ years of experience in the automotive repair industry.
• Associate’s degree in automotive or equivalent work experience.
• In-depth knowledge of electric vehicle repair techniques, tools, and equipment.
• Strong understanding of basic electrical skills, network diagnostics, and high voltage systems.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• ASE Certifications and certifications in electric/hybrid vehicle repair are advantageous.
• Previous OEM training experience is preferred.
