Technical Program Manager @Webflow

Overview

Webflow is seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager for Emerging Products to lead the transition of AI-native products from prototype to general availability while establishing effective execution systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the execution portfolio for an emerging product line from discovery through GA across multiple engineering pods and cross-functional workstreams.
• Partner with Engineering leaders, Tech Leads, and PMs to break down complex technical challenges into manageable milestones and execution plans.
• Design and manage the operating model for a zero-to-one program, including pod structure and leadership reviews.
• Define GA and launch readiness criteria and manage trade-offs to meet them with clear ownership and deadlines.
• Anticipate risks, manage dependencies, and provide data-driven visibility to executives on program status.
• Develop repeatable systems and health metrics that ensure sustainable product launches.
• Coach team members on best execution practices and elevate the quality of program management.

Requirements

• BS/BA degree or relevant experience.
• 7+ years of experience in technical program management with a focus on strategic, cross-pillar programs.
• Experience launching new products or leading programs in emerging technology environments.
• Strong technical foundation for collaborating with technical teams, especially in AI or developer platforms.
• Proficiency with program management tools such as Linear, Jira, and Confluence.
• Highly organized with the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams effectively.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present information confidently to leadership and technical teams.
• Proactive in embracing technology and driving efficiency in work processes.
