Technical Project Manager @Frontify

Overview

Frontify is seeking a Technical Project Manager to join their team. This role sits at the intersection of partner delivery and internal operations, ensuring successful project execution and integration of partner solutions. As a part of a collaborative and innovative culture, you will work on transforming how teams organize their digital assets and optimize workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner Integration Delivery:
  • Manage the operational lifecycle of partner integrations, including contracts and service-level agreements.
  • Provision and manage partner environments and tooling access.
  • Coordinate development cadences and QA processes, ensuring timely delivery against agreed deliverables.
  • Support launches with documentation and enablement materials.
  • Triage post-launch issues and maintain relationships with partners.
• Internal Technical Projects:
  • Scope and manage projects to build AI-first internal workflows.
  • Integrate tools across Frontify's internal tool stack.
  • Identify operational gaps and improve efficiency in collaboration.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a hybrid format, attending the St Gallen office once a week.
• Strong implementation skills and ability to follow through on commitments.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management abilities.
• Understanding of API concepts and hands-on experience with low-code tools is a plus.
• Highly organized and capable of balancing operational and project work.
• Ability to manage scope and hold partners accountable.
