Overview

Rillet is seeking a Technical Recruiter to help build an exceptional engineering team. The company focuses on serving accounting and finance teams with an AI-native ERP designed for modern finance operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across Engineering, AI/ML, Infrastructure, and Engineering Leadership.
• Partner with engineering leaders to define what exceptional talent looks like for each search.
• Map talent markets, identify strong candidates, and engage passive talent.
• Develop a deep understanding of Rillet’s product, technical challenges, and customer needs.
• Evaluate candidates with context to help teams make informed hiring decisions.
• Build conviction with exceptional candidates and close them in competitive situations.
• Diagnose search challenges and adapt strategies as needed.
• Maintain and enhance Rillet’s talent standards.

• Exceptional ability to identify and articulate great technical talent.
• Resourceful and persistent in finding candidates.
• Intellectual curiosity about technology, products, and business related to recruitment roles.
• Self-driven with the ability to take ownership of the recruitment process.
• Strong business judgment to prioritize Rillet’s needs.
• Proficiency in engaging and closing highly sought-after technical candidates.
• Ability to earn credibility through strong judgment and direct communication.

Location

This role is hybrid, with expectations to be near the New York City or San Francisco offices, attending in person on Tuesdays and Thursdays, plus one additional flexible day each week.
