Overview

Technovation is hiring a remote Program Lead for the AI Ventures Accelerator (AIVA), a 4-5 month contract role dedicated to empowering young women in technology and entrepreneurship.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for participants across global cohorts
Monitor team progress, follow up with at-risk teams, and maintain participant tracking systems
Manage mentor onboarding, engagement, and scheduling
Oversee digital learning platforms, managing enrollment and tracking course completion
Collect venture deliverables and coordinate the judging process
Support planning and logistics for Demo Day

Requirements

Experience with startup accelerators (as a participant or facilitator)
Background in program management, operations, or education/nonprofit sectors
Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder projects
Strong written communication skills
Experience with digital tools (Google Sheets, LearnDash, or F6S preferred)
Comfort working across multiple time zones
Passion for gender equity, entrepreneurship, and AI education

Benefits

$6,000 – $8,000 per month for US-based candidates
Compensation for international candidates varies based on location and experience
Contract duration: 4–5 months
