Overview
Fora: Network for Change is seeking a Development Manager to lead and grow their fundraising strategy, contributing to social impact and community advancement.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and refine Fora’s fundraising strategy.
- Develop and manage relationships with foundations, corporate partners, and major donors.
- Manage grant prospecting, proposal writing, and reporting.
- Build and sustain fundraising pipelines and donor tracking systems.
- Develop and oversee monthly giving and major donor programs.
- Support fundraising efforts for events and initiatives.
- Supervise and mentor Development Coordinators.
- Support growth and promotion of Fora’s social enterprises.
- Contribute to organizational strategy and planning processes.
Requirements
- Legally eligible to work in Canada.
- 4–6 years of experience in fundraising or partnership management.
- Post-secondary degree or related certification is an asset.
- Strong written communication and relationship management skills.
- Experience with CRM systems and managing multiple priorities.
Benefits
- Salary: $67,000/year (prorated for partial years).
- Full-time contract (40 hours/week).
