Overview

Fora: Network for Change is seeking a Development Manager to lead and grow their fundraising strategy, contributing to social impact and community advancement.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and refine Fora’s fundraising strategy.
• Develop and manage relationships with foundations, corporate partners, and major donors.
• Manage grant prospecting, proposal writing, and reporting.
• Build and sustain fundraising pipelines and donor tracking systems.
• Develop and oversee monthly giving and major donor programs.
• Support fundraising efforts for events and initiatives.
• Supervise and mentor Development Coordinators.
• Support growth and promotion of Fora’s social enterprises.
• Contribute to organizational strategy and planning processes.

Requirements

• Legally eligible to work in Canada.
• 4–6 years of experience in fundraising or partnership management.
• Post-secondary degree or related certification is an asset.
• Strong written communication and relationship management skills.
• Experience with CRM systems and managing multiple priorities.

Benefits

• Salary: $67,000/year (prorated for partial years).
• Full-time contract (40 hours/week).
