The programme, tagged Cohort One, is a one-month intensive training initiative aimed at graduates who are interested in advancing their knowledge and developing essential soft skills required in today’s professional environment. It is designed to help participants improve their employability. Additionally, it equips them with practical competencies relevant to modern workplaces.

Successful participants will receive a certificate of participation and a recommendation letter valid for two years. They will also become members of the ICO-HUB alumni network. Furthermore, there is the possibility of job placement for participants who perform well during the programme.
