Treasury Operations Analyst @Blockchain

Overview

As a Treasury Operations Analyst in the Financial Operations team at Blockchain, you will oversee operational functions related to FIAT and crypto treasury flows. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring operational efficiency, risk mitigation, and process automation in a fast-paced market environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage all non-linear financial operations, focusing on treasury operations, lifecycle event management, settlement processes, and reconciliations.
• Collaborate closely with product, trading, risk, treasury, and finance teams for seamless execution and funding optimization.
• Develop and enhance automation tools for risk monitoring, P&L attribution, and reconciliation processes.
• Investigate and resolve cash reconciliation breaks and settlement issues.
• Ensure robust operational workflows and risk controls are in place to support scaling and expansion to new markets.
• Stay updated with market trends, risk methodologies, and regulatory developments in digital asset markets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in financial operations, preferably within treasury, compliance, and reconciliations.
• Strong understanding of cash and liquidity management operations.
• Experience working with multiple banking partners, payment gateways, and processors.
• Knowledge of DeFi products and protocols is a plus.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and excellent communication skills.
