    Overview

    The University of Oxford is recruiting a Senior Communications Manager to support the What Works Hub for Global Education, which is a research and policy initiative focused on improving learning outcomes through evidence-based approaches.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement the Hub’s communications strategy
    • Produce high-quality written content, including reports and articles
    • Oversee the Hub’s website content and manage digital engagement strategies
    • Coordinate with international implementation partners
    • Line manage a Communications and Projects Officer

    Requirements

    • Experience in strategic communications, ideally in policy or research environments
    • Proven ability to write and edit high-quality content
    • Strong digital communications and social media management skills
    • Experience working with international teams
