🎓 QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum of Diploma, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
• Background in data analysis, research, statistics, public health, economics, or social sciences is an added advantage

💼 ROLE OVERVIEW:
The M&E Manager will play a critical role in strengthening the organization’s monitoring systems, data quality, and impact measurement processes. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with data, generating insights, and contributing to evidence-based program improvements.

🔍 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Review and analyze program monitoring data to ensure accuracy, quality, and reliability
• Provide data-driven recommendations to improve program design and implementation
• Support the development of a robust impact monitoring system based on insights from recent research, including randomized controlled trials (RCTs)
• Translate complex data into clear insights and reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Share research findings and effectively communicate program impact while addressing questions or concerns
• Strengthen collaboration and relationships with key M&E stakeholders and partners
• Contribute to defining and executing a clear M&E strategy and agenda for the organization
