Overview

The RAISEAfrica 2026 programme is accepting applications from young entrepreneurs and startups working in the renewable energy sector across Africa to support sustainable energy access and clean technology innovation.

Eligibility

• Applicants must be between 18 and 35 years old
• Must be working on or developing a renewable energy-focused startup or innovation
• Solutions should be relevant to the African energy sector
• Demonstrate strong entrepreneurial drive and innovation potential

Benefits

• Entry contribution of €3,000 for each selected startup
• Opportunity to compete for the Young Talent of the Year Award with up to €10,000 in additional funding
• Access to mentorship and coaching from industry experts
• Networking opportunities with key players in the energy ecosystem
