Overview

Fin is an AI Customer Agent company dedicated to enhancing customer experiences. The role involves serving as an Account Executive focused on Mid Market and Enterprise segments, managing the full sales cycle and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the adoption and growth of Fin's product in the Mid-Market and Enterprise segment.
• Oversee the complete new business sales cycle, from outbound prospecting to closing deals.
• Ensure at least 40% of total qualified pipeline value is sourced through outbound activity.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and report on revenue performance.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of evolving products and sales processes.
• Present tailored product demonstrations based on customer needs.
• Engage in team mentoring and development activities.
• Represent customer voice to internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years as an Account Executive, with at least 3 years in SaaS.
• Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience selling into ANZ, HK, Singapore, and Malaysia is preferred.
• Demonstrated closing skills in a competitive landscape.

Location

Remote role with hybrid working policy. Employees are expected to be in the office at least three days per week.
