Account Executive, MidMarket @Fin

Overview

Fin is an AI Customer Agent company on a mission to help businesses provide perfect customer experiences. The Mid-Market Account Executive will be a key member of the team leading the growth of new business in a rapidly expanding sales organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Evangelize the product by spearheading the growth and adoption of Fin across the Mid-Market segment.
• Manage the full sales cycle for Fin's Mid Market customers, from prospecting to close, using a consultative sales approach.
• Provide timely and accurate forecasts and clear visibility on revenue performance.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of evolving products and processes.
• Create tailored demonstrations for clients.
• Engage in team development and mentoring.
• Represent the voice of the customer to cross-functional partners, including Marketing and Product.
• Contribute to the overall growth of the global Enterprise business by pioneering new best practices and driving projects.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience as an Account Executive.
• 3+ years of SaaS experience selling similar products.
• Strong sales instincts with a track record of hitting and exceeding quota.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to operate and problem-solve in a fast-moving organization.
• Capability to close net new business in a competitive landscape.
• Exhibit a growth mindset, intellectual curiosity, and ambition.
