    Overview

    This role involves professional account management support in developing and executing Enterprise Solutions sales strategies that drive revenue growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Increase MTN’s market share by acquiring new clients and growing existing accounts.
    • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to billing.
    • Identify and develop new business opportunities daily.
    • Conduct research and data analysis to understand customer needs and spending capacity.
    • Analyze industry trends to identify prospects and opportunities.
    • Prepare and present weekly and monthly sales reports and documentation.
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, requests, and complaints.
    • Escalate and resolve issues to ensure high customer satisfaction.

    Requirements

    • First Degree in a relevant discipline.
    • Fluency in English.
    • 3–7 years of relevant work experience.
    • Experience working in a medium-sized organization.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with teams.
