Adaptation and Resilience Program Manager @ClimateWorks Foundation

Overview

ClimateWorks Foundation is hiring an Adaptation and Resilience Program Manager to help scale global climate adaptation solutions where they’re needed most.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the Adaptation & Resilience Fund.
• Manage fund timelines, reporting cycles, and deliverables.
• Coordinate annual reporting to funders.
• Process and manage grants, develop and track contracts and agreements.
• Support agenda setting and convenings for the Advisory Council.
• Work closely with Marketing, Grants, Finance, and other teams.
• Conduct research on adaptation and resilience topics.
• Prepare internal and external communications.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of professional experience.
• Demonstrated excellence in project and program management.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with project management tools, Microsoft Office, Excel; Salesforce or Fluxx preferred.

• Salary Range: USD $95,000 – $110,000 per annum based on experience.
