Associate, Program Delivery and Training @TaRL Africa

Overview

TaRL Africa is currently recruiting for the position of Associate, Program Delivery and Training in Kebbi State. This is a full-time mid-level role within the Program Delivery and Training department.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of the TaRL program in Kebbi State.
• Strengthen government systems and build capacity for effective delivery of TaRL classes.
• Provide coaching and support using the TaRL methodology and contribute to developing teaching and learning materials.
• Leverage data for program improvement, including monitoring learning outcomes and generating reports.
• Engage with the community and build relationships to promote program activities.
• Serve as a key liaison for TaRL activities at the local level and facilitate timely solutions to implementation challenges.

Requirements

• HND or bachelor’s degree in education, social sciences, or a related field.
• Two to four years of relevant experience in field-based roles.
• Experience in teacher training, mentoring, or working with out of school children is advantageous.
• Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Willingness to travel within Kebbi, Sokoto, and Zamfara States.
• Proficiency in local languages.
