    Overview

    This position offers an opportunity to provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of the Global Artivism Movement Secretariat.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Scheduling and Coordination: Manage scheduling for meetings, coordinate logistics for events, and maintain an organized calendar.
    • Communications and Documentation: Draft correspondence, organize files, and prepare agendas and communication materials.
    • Travel and Event Logistics: Coordinate travel and manage event logistics.
    • Systems and Platform Support: Maintain digital tools and support platform setup.

    Requirements

    • Experience coordinating in distributed organizations or activist groups.
    • High discretion and professional judgment.
    • Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
    • Proficient with Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and project management tools.
    • Ability to work independently and own tasks.
    • Commitment to Global Artivism’s values and principles.
