Overview

This role offers a 3-month project-based opportunity for a Field Operations Service Supervisor at Internet Solutions Nigeria Limited, focusing on hub site clearing operations across multiple regions in Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all site clearing activities within the assigned location, ensuring compliance with project specifications and technical requirements.
• Provide daily field reports to the Project Manager and NOC Coordinator, including updates on progress, challenges, and photographic evidence.
• Conduct pre-clearance assessments and post-clearance verifications.
• Ensure timely mobilization of local resources for efficient fieldwork.
• Identify and resolve minor operational challenges, escalating major issues when necessary.
• Maintain adherence to safety, compliance, and environmental standards during field operations.
• Liaise with community stakeholders to ensure smooth site access.
• Support coordination between field teams and management for project delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline; technical background is an advantage.
• Must be an indigene or long-term resident of the assigned state or region.
• 2–3 years of field operations experience, preferably in telecom infrastructure or construction.
• Strong communication, documentation, and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Resourceful, proactive, and capable of problem-solving in field conditions.
• Access to a smartphone for capturing and transmitting reports.
• Familiarity with basic digital reporting tools is an advantage.
