Overview
The Admin Support staff will assist the Gombe State office operations unit to ensure smooth administrative processes, documentation, and timely vendor and personnel payments under the SARMAAN II project.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the Procurement and Admin Officer on vendor payments and retirements.
- Review, scan, and print documents related to procurement and payments.
- Ensure proper filing of all administrative documents.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and electronic.
- Maintain inventory of office materials and supplies.
- Support documentation for AZM MDA related activities.
- Assist with general office administrative duties as assigned.
- Ensure complete documentation for all vendor payments.
- Provide a report on the status of vendor payments.
- Submit a compiled record of all administrative and logistical activities.
- Handover all files, documents, and electronic data to the State Project Manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Social or Management Sciences.
- Minimum of one year experience in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and planning skills.
- Experience in document control and office administration.
- Previous experience with Malaria Consortium or Seasonal Malaria Chemoprevention programs is an advantage.
