    Overview

    This opportunity offers a full-time position for an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with a growing organization in the education and training sector, Early STEMer. The role is fully remote.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage pre-sales enquiries via email and social media platforms.
    • Handle business communication lines, including SMS, calls, and WhatsApp.
    • Coordinate communication between stakeholders such as customers, internal teams, and external contractors.
    • Maintain accurate records and databases of leads and orders.
    • Support the closeout of learning sessions through reporting and sales cycle tracking.
    • Schedule meetings, organize appointments, and manage company resources.

    Requirements

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proven experience in administrative support.
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
    • Attention to detail and time management skills.
    • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
    • Experience with digital media tools is desirable.

    Benefits

    The position offers a competitive salary ranging from ₦150,000 to ₦200,000 per month, along with the flexibility of remote work.
