Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of data strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Drive digital fundraising initiatives and advocacy campaigns.
- Assist in research, campaign planning, and policy advocacy for Indigenous peoples' rights.
- Oversee the organization’s creative and digital communication strategies.
- Cultivate and retain monthly giving supporters.
- Provide legal guidance on organizational issues, compliance, and human rights advocacy.
- Manage internal communications, promoting engagement and organizational culture.
- Provide strategic leadership for human rights programs, shaping global and domestic advocacy efforts.
- Support local outreach, awareness campaigns, and community engagement.
- Work on legislative advocacy, tracking policy developments, and mobilization efforts.
Requirements
- Expertise in data analytics, strong leadership skills, and experience with large datasets (for Data Analytics role).
- Experience in digital marketing, fundraising, and campaign management (for Digital Fundraising & Advocacy role).
- Prior experience working with Indigenous communities and a deep understanding of Indigenous rights issues (for Indigenous Peoples Rights Fellow).
- Creativity, leadership, and experience in digital communications (for Creative and Digital Communications role).
- Strong communication skills and experience with donor management tools (for Monthly Giving role).
- Extensive experience in human rights strategy and leadership (for Chief Human Rights Strategy Officer).
- In-depth knowledge of human rights advocacy and legislative processes (for Volunteer roles).
- Must already possess the legal right to work in the United States.
