Amnesty International USA is hiring for multiple roles to advance human rights worldwide. They are seeking talented professionals driven by purpose, expertise, and a deep commitment to social justice.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation of data strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness.
Drive digital fundraising initiatives and advocacy campaigns.
Assist in research, campaign planning, and policy advocacy for Indigenous peoples' rights.
Oversee the organization’s creative and digital communication strategies.
Cultivate and retain monthly giving supporters.
Provide legal guidance on organizational issues, compliance, and human rights advocacy.
Manage internal communications, promoting engagement and organizational culture.
Provide strategic leadership for human rights programs, shaping global and domestic advocacy efforts.
Support local outreach, awareness campaigns, and community engagement.
Work on legislative advocacy, tracking policy developments, and mobilization efforts.

Requirements

Expertise in data analytics, strong leadership skills, and experience with large datasets (for Data Analytics role).
Experience in digital marketing, fundraising, and campaign management (for Digital Fundraising & Advocacy role).
Prior experience working with Indigenous communities and a deep understanding of Indigenous rights issues (for Indigenous Peoples Rights Fellow).
Creativity, leadership, and experience in digital communications (for Creative and Digital Communications role).
Strong communication skills and experience with donor management tools (for Monthly Giving role).
Extensive experience in human rights strategy and leadership (for Chief Human Rights Strategy Officer).
In-depth knowledge of human rights advocacy and legislative processes (for Volunteer roles).
Must already possess the legal right to work in the United States.
