    Overview

    The role of Analytics Lead, Full Stack (Collections & Recoveries) at Affirm involves owning and driving the collections and recoveries strategy for Affirm Canada, managing the entire post-delinquency lifecycle while partnering with Product and Compliance to meet regulatory requirements.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Own the full Canadian post-delinquency lifecycle, including digital collections, outbound collections, agency placements, and post-charge-off recoveries.
    • Develop collections channel strategies, optimizing communication cadence, sequencing, and outbound calling strategies.
    • Manage recoveries strategy and performance analytics, focusing on recovery rates and vendor performance.
    • Set and iterate the Canadian collections and recoveries strategy, identifying initiatives to improve performance.
    • Design and quantify initiatives, using A/B testing and measuring impact post-launch.
    • Ensure compliance with Canada's regulatory landscape in all treatment designs.
    • Collaborate with collections and recoveries teams across different regions for cross-market leverage.

    Requirements

    • 5-7+ years in credit risk, collections, or recovery strategy analytics in consumer lending.
    • Experience designing or optimizing collections strategies using data and analytics.
    • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Python, or other scripting languages.
    • Ability to interpret performance data and translate it into actionable insights.
    • Knowledge of collections and recovery practices, with familiarity in Canadian regulations a plus.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • A passion for data-driven insights and the ability to drive change.
