    Overview

    The role involves joining Affirm's Revenue Analytics team as an Analytics Lead, Full Stack, focusing on strategic revenue insights to support and grow revenue segments through detailed analyses and data solutions.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Optimize decisions and execution with analyses, communicating findings to internal and external partners.
    • Serve as a strategic partner to Client Success and Marketplace Teams, acting as the data subject matter expert for revenue segments.
    • Create business cases, insights, dashboards, and handle experiments to engage Affirm’s external merchant base.
    • Conduct internal analyses to assess revenue performance, driving recommendations and informing critical decisions.
    • Standardize common use cases, provide analytics infrastructure, and automate analyses within Revenue.
    • Define KPIs, benchmarks, and methodologies, working with both unstructured and structured data sources.
    • Provide project and analytics guidance to cross-functional teams as the analytics point of contact.
    • Propose and monitor experiment designs to optimize Affirm’s go-to-market efforts.

    Requirements

    • 5+ years of experience in an analytically-driven role (consulting, finance, analytics, etc.).
    • Strong working knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Sigma, Looker, Tableau); understanding of Python is a plus.
    • Aptitude in leveraging AI tools for analytics (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code).
    • Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to create structure in ambiguous situations.
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives for stakeholders.
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to drive multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously.
    • Experience building cross-functional relationships both internally and externally.
    • Self-starter with a proven track record of driving projects from start to finish.
