    Overview

    Affirm is looking for an Analytics Lead, Full Stack for their Revenue Analytics team. The role focuses on comprehensive analyses, reporting, and data solutions to support and grow Affirm’s Revenue segments. This position requires strong analytical and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Optimize decisions and execution through analyses, communicating results to partners.
    • Serve as a strategic partner with Client Success and Marketplace Teams as the data SME.
    • Create business cases, insights, dashboards, and handle experiments to demonstrate Affirm’s value proposition.
    • Conduct internal analyses to assess Revenue performance and inform strategic decisions.
    • Standardize use cases and automate analyses and dashboards to scale data-driven decision-making.
    • Define KPIs, benchmarks, and methodologies using both structured and unstructured data sources.
    • Provide project and analytics guidance to a cross-functional team.
    • Propose and design experiments to optimize Affirm's go-to-market efforts.

    Requirements

    • 5+ years of experience in an analytical role (consulting, finance, analytics, etc.).
    • Strong knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Sigma, Looker, Tableau).
    • Understanding of or aptitude to learn Python is a plus.
    • Aptitude for leveraging AI tools for analytics.
    • Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to operate in ambiguity.
    • Effective communication skills to craft narratives for stakeholders.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
    • Experience building cross-functional relationships.
    • Self-starter with a history of driving projects from start to finish.
    • Passion for innovating in the retail and lending industry.
