Analytics Lead, Full Stack (Strategic Revenue Insights) @Affirm

Overview

The Revenue team drives Affirm’s growth through strategic partnerships, pricing, and go-to-market execution, delivering value-added solutions and supporting long-term business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize decisions and execution with analyses, communicating to internal and external partners.
• Act as a strategic partner and data SME for Revenue segments and merchants.
• Create business cases, insights, and dashboards; conduct experiments to showcase Affirm’s value proposition to merchants.
• Provide internal analyses to assess Revenue performance and inform critical decisions.
• Standardize common use cases, provide analytics infrastructure, and automate analyses and dashboards.
• Define KPIs, performance benchmarks, and methodologies using various data sources.
• Provide project and analytics guidance to cross-functional teams.
• Propose, monitor, and contextualize experiment designs to optimize GTM efforts and upsell to merchants.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in an analytically-driven role (consulting, finance, analytics, etc.).
• Strong working knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Sigma, Looker, Tableau); knowledge of Python is a plus.
• Aptitude for leveraging AI tools for analytics.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to create structure in ambiguous situations.
• Effective communication skills to influence stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to drive strategic initiatives independently.
• Prior experience building successful cross-functional relationships.
• Self-starter with a history of driving projects from strategy to implementation.
• Passion for disrupting the retail and lending industry.
• Team player with humility and a willingness to help others.
