Key Responsibilities

• Build a deep understanding of the business, culture, and hiring needs to provide strategic recruitment support across teams.
• Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer and close, ensuring a seamless and inclusive experience for candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job descriptions, candidate requirements, and develop structured interview processes.
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring teams, offering insights, best practices, and data-driven recommendations.
• Manage executive relationships and provide proactive hiring solutions that align with business goals.
• Own sourcing strategies for passive talent pipelines in engineering domains.
• Mentor and guide hiring teams on best practices for interviewing and candidate assessment.
• Design and optimize recruitment programs to enhance efficiency and the candidate experience.

Requirements

• 7+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience, especially for Engineering roles in high-growth tech companies.
• Strong data-driven decision-making skills and the ability to use metrics to inform recruitment strategies.
• Proven ability to address complex hiring challenges and facilitate decision-making.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation skills and in-depth talent market knowledge.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience fostering trust-based relationships with candidates.
