    Overview

    Co-Impact is seeking a Communications Manager to amplify its global voice in health, education, and economic systems. This fully remote, full-time role is open to candidates authorized to work in the United Kingdom or the United States (East Coast).

    Key Responsibilities

    • Translate strategic priorities into clear, consistent messaging and high-quality content.
    • Lead editorial development of key communications materials and create compelling impact stories.
    • Develop reports, campaign materials, and leadership communications.
    • Draft talking points, Q&A documents, briefing notes, and background materials.
    • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging.
    • Coordinate with media agencies and partners for media outreach.
    • Support media engagement during major announcements and monitor the media landscape.
    • Develop and manage communications plans and timelines.
    • Coordinate across teams to gather information and produce content.
    • Manage multiple communications projects simultaneously and ensure stakeholder alignment.

    Requirements

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in communications, media relations, or related fields.
    • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
    • Experience producing communications materials under tight deadlines.
    • Experience collaborating with designers or creative teams.
    • Background in philanthropy, development, or gender equality sectors.
    • Experience working with funders or Global South contexts is strongly preferred.
    • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
    • University degree in communications, media, or a related field.
    • Ability to work across time zones and travel when needed.
    • Knowledge of gender equality and systems change approaches is an advantage.
    • Strong project management and organizational skills.
    • Strategic thinking and ability to translate strategy into messaging.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across cultures.
    • Sound judgment and analytical thinking.
    • Experience supporting senior leaders and managing stakeholder expectations.
    • High integrity, professionalism, and adaptability in global environments.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

    Benefits

    • Annual Salary: $112,000
