A client is currently seeking to hire a Tech Sales and Customer Success Specialist to be based in Gaduwa, Abuja. The position offers a monthly salary of ₦300,000. It is focused on supporting the growth of the company’s digital product portfolio. Additionally, the role ensures strong customer experience and product adoption.

The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving assigned sales and profitability targets. They will support the sales team through both pre-sales and active sales efforts, including delivering product training on digital offerings. The role also involves organizing and facilitating seminars, workshops, and webinars aimed at promoting digital products to a wider audience.

In addition, the specialist will provide customer training and onboarding support to ensure smooth implementation and effective use of digital platforms. They will also be expected to develop customer success stories, case studies, and best practices. These demonstrate the value of the company’s products. Collaboration with marketing and sales teams is essential to design tailored solutions for various market segments. In addition, they must support product launches, promotions, and other commercial initiatives that drive sales performance.

Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a STEM-related field or Economics. Relevant experience in sales, business development, customer success, or sales support is required. Experience within consultancy, training, or technology-driven environments is preferred. A strong understanding of sales processes and customer education is important, alongside excellent communication and public speaking skills. Candidates should also have knowledge of digital platforms and social media tools. Besides this, strong abilities in negotiation, marketing analysis, and project management are required.
